Prime accessories are pleased to submit this proposal for services to support the small business holders of mobile accessories to provide the accessories at cheapest price at their door step.it will be a B2B business initially and then will go with B2C also but we will keep our B2C business online. We will make stores on Daraz and also will work on social networks like Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp etc. As I am a local person I found that gap in my area “Mianwali” and the purpose to fill this gap is not only profit as well as our vision is to uplift this area by providing a good market to earn well. Only in the area of the police station Chakrala starts from Namal and ends at Daud Khel has almost thirty-five plus shops, which are my initial target. According to a survey done by me “physically” a shop has products of maximum worth one lakh rupee.so according to them it’s difficult for them to directly get things from Lahore, moreover it’s also difficult for them to go personally to buy thing from anywhere so at last they prefer to buy from those persons who sold the items on bike on some selected day. The purpose of explaining the whole scenario was to identify the supply chain of this business, I am breaking that supply chain to cut the last “supplier” delivering on bike and Mianwali supplier by offering attractive prices having greater margin ratio to my “customers” than other suppliers.
