HR analytics using Tableau

HR analytics is all about getting raw data of the employees & apply some tools to get useful insights for more precise decision making in future. In this project, I'll apply different analytics techniques using Tableau software to help the companies in decision making regarding Human Resource. This analysis will help in all functions of HR Recruitment, Trainings, appraisals, compensation etc. These tools will be applied on the cleaned data gathered from data provider websites
