Healthcare practices face challenges in managing patient communication over phone lines due to manual processes and limited staff availability. Our project, “Virtual Medical AI Assistant,” automates routine telephonic tasks such as appointment booking, patient intake, and query handling using advanced conversational AI. It integrates NLP, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), to enable real-time, secure interaction. The system is scalable for clinics of varying sizes and deployable via cloud infrastructure. By reducing administrative burden and improving accessibility, the solution enhances healthcare efficiency and patient satisfaction. This project introduces an intelligent voice-based assistant that can evolve with healthcare needs.
