IntelliFYP is an AI-powered, role-based full-stack web platform designed to automate and manage the complete lifecycle of university Final Year Projects (FYPs), from session setup and project allocation to evaluation, reporting, and public archival. The system addresses the limitations of traditional manual FYP management processes, including inefficient project allocation, lack of transparency, fragmented evaluations, and limited accessibility to completed academic work. The platform supports multiple user roles including Super Admin, Coordinator, Faculty, Student, and Evaluator through a secure Role-Based Access Control architecture. IntelliFYP integrates an AI-driven recommendation and scoring engine that analyzes faculty CVs to generate faculty-project similarity scores and provides personalized project recommendations to students based on skill-gap analysis and structured questionnaires. The system includes milestone-driven submission management, rubric-based evaluations, evaluator panel management, performance analytics, Excel-based reporting, and real-time progress monitoring. Additionally, IntelliFYP provides a publicly accessible archival portal that enables users to browse completed and ongoing projects with advanced search, filtering, and QR-based project access while maintaining evaluation privacy. Developed using Angular 20, .NET 9, FastAPI, MS SQL Server, and Docker-based deployment architecture, IntelliFYP offers a scalable, secure, and centralized soution.
