The traditional recruitment process is time-consuming and inefficient due to manual screening and large volumes of applications. This project presents an AI-Powered HR Recruitment System that automates resume parsing, job matching, candidate scorig, chatbot for candidate support and audio-video based AI interview analysis. The system also includes email notifications, and a chatbot for candidate support. A Super Admin module ensures control by approving or disapproving HR users. Overall, the system improves efficiency, reduces manual effort, and enables a faster, smarter, and more transparent hiring process.
