Organizing an Organization.

Structuring and streamlining a Dubai-based company called Business Beyond Borders by developing a business process model, procedures, policies, employees & management roles and responsibilities, and a business development model. Our team is working on the financial aspects of the company and has developed a 5-year comprehensive financial budget and revenue model. We are establishing a comprehensive marketing and branding plan of the company to market its services on both online and offline modes and creating a website with a personalized dashboard for the clients and the content for that website.
