Economics and Marketing of Biofloc Technology
Biofloc fish farming is an alternative of pond fish farming. It is a profitable method. It has gained enormous popularity worldwide. This method reduces wastage of nutrients by recycling them. But still there are many issues regarding biofloc rapid changes, balancing CN ratio, sludge removal and control, high electricity cost. The focus of this project is to reduce high cost of electricity and provide a cost-effective solution. So that the end product of fish is more profitable and has value add-on. I am trying to work on different methods and approaches to solve the problem related to production cost. In my point of view, more experience, good theoretical and practical knowledge, providing government subsidies can reduce various technical and managerial issues like of high electric cost and grow this business in Pakistan country.
