Customer Segmentation through Machine Learning

The emergence of new businesses and competitors are increasing day by day in the current entrepreneurial market so it is very difficult for any organization to find new buyers and keep the old ones. As a result of this, we are doing customer segmentation through machine learning in which we divide customers into different segments on the basis of their demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data. Mainly, we will use two methods in machine learning i.e. K-Means and Density-based Clustering. By using these methods, we would create different groups or segments of customers and whenever we will put data of a new customer in the algorithm; it will give us result that this customer belongs to a specific class. After analyzing the data, we may suggest the company to improve their marketing strategies then they could easily target the customer on the basis of our provided information regarding classes.
