Capital budgeting of mixed-use tower for Ideas Real estate Marketing Pvt

Imdad Ullah Khan, who owned a plot in Islamabad B17, has been offered to sell it for 1.5 billion. He has two choices: sell it and get ready cash or build a mixed-use (commercial and residential) tower and then sell it. We are helping him in decision making by providing accurate and required information through capital budgeting for this project. Capital budgeting includes the overall cost of the tower and revenue forecasts on the information supplied by the client.
