Our industrial project will revolve around integrating HR analytics in a specific business and reaping the benefits of data mining. The collecting, analysis, and reporting of HR data is what HR analytics, also known as workforce analytics, comprises. It enables the organization to measure the impact of HR KPIs on overall performance and make data-driven decisions. HR analytics, to put it another way, is a data-driven approach to human resource management.
