Studying Diversity In Genetic Programming

In this project, we are studying the diversity in the population using genetic programming by implementing different measurements to know how much population is similar or different. Major two measurements for studying diversity chosen for this project are Syntactic Diversity and Semantic Diversity. Syntactic diversity is measured in this project by two ways that are Jaccard Similarity Index and Zhang & Shasha Tree Edit Distance. These two measurements are implemented and integrated with genetic programming to have results in form of line graphs and heat maps.
