A SaaS (Software as a Service) Model for Skill Testing System
This project aims to develop a SaaS product Skill Testing System for the renowned software industry HR Force International. The Skill Testing System will also integrate smoothly with other HR services. Moreover, the system is a SaaS model and a product for HR Force International, which allows them to sell their product on the pay-as-you-go service model over the Internet. To develop the product, we are using Django for the backend and HTML, CSS, JS, and React for the front end. The developed system will have features such as user registration, test creation, test scheduling, delivery, automated assessments, and report generation. The project uses a system where access is based on permission, guaranteeing safety controls. Results of the tests show that essential features like making tests, planning, and assessing candidates have been implemented successfully. The system scope is easy to use interfaces for both candidates and HR Force International administrators. It offers personalization, works on different devices, and strictly follows safety and data privacy rules.
