Briding the Gap - MLOps
The aim of the project is to develop an end-to-end Machine Learning System that
can be deployed in Real World and would be able to produce some business value
since most of ML Models are not deployed in Real World. We are using MLOps to
solve this problem. MLOps uses DevOps techniques to deploy model to real world.
We choose three problems which we passed through complete MLOps cycle; 1.
Bank Churn Prediction 2. Disease Classification using X-Ray Images 3.
Sentiment Analysis using Customer Reviews. We used Mlflow which is used to
manage ML System and also created a Web Application which have user friendly
Dashboard where user can come, provide the dataset on which model will be trained
and can use that system to solve their required problem.
