“Classification & Blockage of Network Traffic with respect to different applications”
This project is driven by Valyrian System Inc. that is going to be delivered to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) aimed to check and filter different types of application data coming into and out of Pakistan. Main objective of the project is to be able to deal with very high speeds of network traffic using minimal hardware. For this, we have developed a mechanism that will classify Network Traffic with respect to their relevant application using different signatures.
We will be providing the user with a control where he/she will be able to classify applications and ultimately block them.
We are optimistic that our built-in mechanism will adjust itself in big routers on a country level and can effectively and efficiently figure out packets associated with their relevant application.
