Project Management System
This project aims to develop a project workflow management system with a Rule Engine that supports agile methodologies and enables organizations to track the progress of their projects. The system allows administrators to customize project workflows and hierarchies, and managers can set rules and conditions for task completion and assignment. The system uses tickets for various types of tasks, and it enables task updates and comments for easy tracking. In addition, the system provides bug tracking and management features, enabling organizations to keep a clear record of the original requirements and any changes made to them.
Objectives:
To create a project workflow management system that enables managers to track project progress and receive notifications on task updates as per the true agile system
To allow administrators to customize project workflows and hierarchies
To incorporate a Rule Engine that allows managers to set rules and conditions for task completion and assignment
To use tickets for various types of tasks and enable task updates and comments for easy tracking
To facilitate bug tracking and management by providing a clear record of the original requirements and any changes made to them
To support remote working environments by defining tasks with deadlines and enabling workers to choose their preferred work schedule
To create a centralized platform for project management that enables higher management to track progress and easily manage tasks
