HealthCare: Virtual Patient Support

Healthcare systems face growing pressure from high volumes of repetitive patient inquiries, causing delays, inefficiencies, and staff burnout. This project presents an AI-powered Virtual Patient Support platform that automates routine interactions using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). It handles queries on appointments, medications, insurance, and includes a report summarizer for quick insights. A role-based dashboard enables monitoring and management. By reducing workload and response times, the system improves efficiency, enhances patient satisfaction, and supports healthcare service delivery.
