Revenue Forecasting for Nayatel: Addressing Subscription Fluctuations and Customer Churn Challenges

Telecom providers face increasing difficulty in predicting future revenue due to unpredictable customer behavior and market shifts. This project addresses challenges like fluctuating subscription rates and high customer churn by leveraging machine learning models for churn prediction and time-series revenue forecasting. A fully functional React-based dashboard has been developed, integrating advanced analytics and interactive visualizations. The system is designed to support real-time decision-making, help reduce customer attrition, and improve strategic revenue planning.
