Many researchers study on the employee turnover due to organizational culture and leadership behavior on the employee performance but few researchers highlight the effect of turnover intention of leader is due to employee work deviance behavior. Whereas the study of leadership has generally focused on how leaders influence the behavior of their followers, this paper focuses on how and when the behaviors of followers can influence leaders’ turnover intention due to work deviance behavior. I am collecting data from project organization to measure work overload and work deviance behavior because pressure on leader remain high in these organization
