CrocNbull is a startup venture focused on providing affordable, stylish, and medicated leather footwear in Pakistan. The project was developed to address the lack of comfortable and health-focused footwear available for students, professionals, and people suffering from foot pain. The business adopted a vendor-based production model and tested its products through direct selling and pilot sales at the university level. Customer feedback highlighted strong satisfaction with comfort, pricing, and design. The project also confirmed market demand and early business feasibility. CrocNbull aims to expand through digital marketing, online sales platforms, product diversification, and increased production capacity in the future.
